Bravo Pizza (Union Square)

Great prices for great good. Good, reliable service. I order from here all the time! Took off one star because they never mix in the dressing no matter how you remind them, but I'm not that lazy that I can't do it myself.

I ordered a chicken parm hero and the chicken was brunt and dried out, it was slathered with sauce, my guess was to cover the brunt chicken. The delivery time was great but the food was not. I will never again order from this location.

Solid reasonably-priced Italian and a step above your generic corner pizza joint - especially for late at night. My baked ziti was quite good, came with a nice garden salad, not a bad deal, although it wasn't a big aluminium container like you'd get at a regular pizza joint. It was in a smaller plastic container, still decent portion but not enough for leftovers. I would have preferred a non-plastic dish as I am wary of mixing heat and plastic. The red sauce was made with wine, which was a bit of a surprise. It was obviously homemade. My eggplant slice of pizza was outstanding, with layers of perfectly-breaded eggplant and fresh mozzarella. The only problem was that it was cold - I don't mean that it cooled during transport, but the mozzarella was barely melted, so they never really heated it up properly to get that delicious melty cheesy goodness with blistered crust. It was still an outstanding slice, though. If they heated it a bit more and put the ziti in a non-plastic container, I'd have given them five stars.

I thought the calzone was very hot and incredibly good. However, I ordered one slice of regular pizza and one sicilian and received 2 sicilian, which were cold and not fresh tasting at all. The order came in about 40 minutes but I had to deduct points for the wrong order, lack of utensils and not so fresh tasting as well as cold pizza. If the calzone can be hot, so can the pizza.

Food is great and cheap, but they have forgotten to include salad that comes with the meal at least 3 times and routinely do not include the drink i order either. That's why it gets 2 stars.
