Bread Factory

I usually get the 'Make Your Own Pasta' option and it is always AMAZING. The Bread Factory has great pasta, and also pizza and wraps are good as well. The delivery is fast and I'm always completely satisfied!

Overall a rating of Yick: I will certainly not order in from here again. Been in person, and it's ok. Delivery=Disgusting though. Soggy, swollen where it was wet, Belgian waffle (plain), and worse: soggy Belgian waffle with the "poached eggs on the side" smacked right on top to make extra soggy and icky. Really quite disgusting, actually. Tasted it, found it inedible. "Butter" was in a plastic cup with lid, it had CRUMBS in it, smelled weird...we didn't eat it. Egg sandwich was tasty enough, though...

On my last order maple syrup was forgotten; pancakes were delivered and syrup was delivered a half hour later.

We've ordered from here a few times because we really like the cajun chicken sandwich, but they have messed up our order almost every time! They substitute items without caling to warn you, put stuff in salad you didnt ask for, etc. It's a risky order!

Wrong food came- they said they would reverse the charge...didn't. Had to file a claim with my bank. Pathetic service. Will never order from this place again.

Excellent! Twice I've had "Create Your Own Pasta"... bowties/spicy chicken/vodka sauce/roasted peppers/mushrooms/peas...bowties/sausage(!!!)/alfredo/peas/shrooms/sundried tomatoes... both were great! Each time I've also ordered a bagel w/butter. First time was perfect, second bagel was not nearly as warm. Knocked one star for a 1hour 20minute delivery today... but they were so friendly and apologetic when I called... they were just slammed with today's rainy weather. ... seriously... the sausages for the pasta are great!

Not many places around upper-east side that provide delivery for baked stuff (and you're not planning to buy a whole cake, but rather just a few slices) and this place can fill your need for delivered cake goodness. Cheesecake and pecan torte were definitely worth their price and got the right amount of sweetness to it! Avoid the coffee cake, if u want to save yourself from feeling disappointed.

Coffee was the worst I've had. I even orderd the flavored hazelnut and it was bitter. Egg sandwich was okay. The cheese was terrible. Delivery was good. It was ok

The Food is good but the service is terrible- there have been 2 orders that were sent incorrect the second time ordered french toast & orange juice and they forgot the orange juice

I ordered a chicken parm panini and fruit salad. I got a chicken parm panini and orance juice. Not sure how juice and salad can be mixed-up. Panini was good.

The food is fine, the service is terrible. I waited 45 minutes for my food, the estimated delivery time was 15-30 minutes. I called after 45 minutes and they said it would be here in 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes I called and canceled the order - I didn't want the food to be cold when it got here. I will never order from them again.
