The restaurant said the food would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. Over 2 hrs later we are still waiting. The restaurant claims they're backed up (so why not reflect that in the delivery estimate) and the delivery guy says he's not familiar with the delivery area and the restaurant is very far away. This is unacceptable in an age of smart phones and GPS. Further, if they are using their location as an excuse they shouldn't be listed to deliver to this area. On top of all of this, they charge a $5 delivery fee and I had to stay on the phone with the delivery guy to give him turn by turn directions. Will never order from here again and would warn anyone in West Hollywood not to either.
