Brown Sugar Bar & Restaurant

Do not order from here. This restaurant does not have the technology, staff capacity or business sense to be on Seamless. After placing an order at 10:10pm and not receiving a confirmation email, I called the restaurant to confirm they received my order. No one answered, but someone called me back from a mobile. She told me that I should contact Seamless to have them send the info again so she could confirm, which I did. I got a confirmation email at 10:25pm. As of 11:35, I hadn't heard anything and called all 4 numbers (the one listed here, the mobile number, the number on their website, and the number on another food review site) to no answer. At 11:55pm, someone called to say they had just gotten my order (untrue) and asked whether I still wanted the food, because it was going to be another 25 minutes before it was delivered. They offered to give me a free dessert. Obviously, I called Seamless to cancel. The unfortunate thing is that the restaurant is like a 15 minute walk from my place. Needless to say, I have nothing to say about the actual food since they couldn't manage to process the order.

Didn't have high expectations for this place because of the other reviews, but the delivery lady was very friendly, and the food was delicious--I had the 'Monsta Burger'

I ordered the cajun chicken sandwich and the bread pudding for lunch on a sunday. Sadly, the bread pudding was not available, so I had the oreo cheesecake which was fine. The sandwich was also fine, but the bread sucked and really knocked down the whole experience. I would order again, but try a different meal.

This place was great! Food was delivered quickly-- still hot. Mac & cheese, chicken fingers, and french fries were all really good. The ribs were a little fatty, but still very enjoyable. Would definitely order from here again.
