At Bru’s Wiffle, each guest is treated like family and feels right at home at this Santa Monica “Waffle Joint.” Everything is made from scratch, using only the freshest and finest ingredients.

Popular menu items include the always fresh and delicious Fried Chicken and Waffle, Meatball & Marinara Waffle, Egg scrambled waffles, the Chicken Curry Salad Waffle and the Pepperoni Pizza Waffle. What makes each dish so unique? It’s all sitting on top of the light, fluffy, slightly sweetened Brus’ Wiffle “secret recipe” waffle, which is also used in Ebru’s traditional and chocolate waffle offerings. Waffles topped with scrambled eggs and bite-sized burgers on mini waffle buns are not to be missed. Equally as popular are the salads – fresh and crisp – a lighter fare, sans waffle, and delicious sandwiches and soups. Gluten-free waffles also grace the menu and for the little ones, this family-friendly establishment makes kid-sized waffles at kid-sized prices. Ebru Fidan Caplan was born and raised in Turkey. She grew up in her family’s hotel and restaurant business, learning the art of cooking. But it was when she made the courageous journey to Los Angeles ten years ago that she honed her restaurant skills at Hamasaku. Since then, Ebru has been on a roll.

Combining her European beginnings, fine management skills, her favorite recipes and her love for cooking, Ebru is bringing a new eating experience to Los Angeles via her waffle-centric restaurant in the heart of Santa Monica.
