Really, really disappointed with my order. I'm a loyal customer of blossom du jour in Chelsea and thought that The west village outpost would measure up but was completely wrong. I ordered 13 dollar oyster mushrooms which were greasy, non-exist and almost not eatable. I called to complain and the person who answered could not have been more disinterested. He didn't ask any questions about the problem, saying only that he would "tell the kitchen." What a waste!!!!.

The delivery is on the slower end of the range and most of the food is tasty, albeit overpriced. As a rule, the salads have imbalanced flavors and poor value.

The first time I ordered from Blossom, I was pleased with my order despite the fact that I felt it was pretty pricey for what you get, a couple of weeks later, I ordered the same dish (seitan sliders) and asked for a tomato, received the dish with cold sliders, soggy fries (instead of the nice salad that was included before) and they left out the tomato. They also did not include any condiments for the soggy fries. the food was not edible. I called and complained and was offered nothing. I ended up throwing away the food and ordered from somewhere else. I will never order from here again.

THE ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIME is incorrect. Not 30-45. MORE LIKE AN HOUR (!) to an hour and a half.
