Cafe Classico

We live across the street from cafe classico, and as a result of its proximity we tend to order from there frequently, but have been noticing a gradual decline in the quality of the food. Tonight we ordered (to go) two chicken Caesar salads. I thought it was odd when I opened the bag and the salads looked half full, but when I opened it up I realized why. All the lettuce was brown, wilted, and soggy, in both salads. I called to complain and was met with hostility. I was told that it was my fault and the manager didn't know how far I took the salads to get home (across the street) or if I had heated up the salads in the oven to make them wilted (hmmm...). After saying I just wanted my money back for the salads and could bring the salads back easily, I was told he could not and would not give me my money back. He continued to argue with me and I eventually gave up. Avoid this place unless you want rotten salad and a terrible attitude.

I used to like Cafe Classico but the service has deteriorated so badly we will be taking them off of our group order list. Today the order was an hour late arriving at 1:30. The baked potato was cold. (It takes a long time for a baked potato to cool down) The black bean soup was whole black beens sitting in water. There was no detectable seasoning. Here I was expecting something thick and spicey. It was lukewarm at best. Never again!

Cafe Classico has incredibly fresh and delicious sushi, and their lunch special pricing cannot be beat. If I could, I would order the sushi lunch every single day.

Cafe Classico is an awesome restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff is very helpful. I've been ordering from them via SeamlessWeb for the last few weeks and they are consistently quicker than the estimated delivery time (e.g., when they estimate 30-45 minutes it actually gets here in 15).

Food is consistently great, but delivery is unreliable. When placing order, the estimate is reasonable but confirmation comes with much longer estimate (it isnt always this bad but as an example, today when I orderered it said 30-45 minutes and moments later when i gpt the confirmation it said 60-75 minutes and it was actually about 90 ) But as always the food was very good

It's unfortunate that those who keep Kosher are limitted to terrible restaurants like this one. Delivery is consistently about 15 minutes late (if not an hour and 15 minutes late.) And the delivery personnel are rude, obnoxious and impatient. The gentleman who delivered our order today rudely yelled that I took too long to get down to meet him, I take my time considering that he often calls when he is blocks away and I'm forced to wait outside for HIM. The management is rude and offers no apologies for their lateness or rudeness. If it were up to me, I would never ever order from this restaurant again. Terrible!

placed the lunch order at 11 am, at 1 pm I was told another 5 minutes, it arrived at 1:40 inedible!! Not as good as they used to be.

It took 70 minutes for the wrong food to be delivered. In a half hour when my order actually gets here I'll let you know how the food is.

The food is very tasty and the portions acceptable. The food seems to be healthy and use solid ingredients and have reasonable pries for a kosher lunch menu. This is not a place where things are fancy or will knock your socks off but you will enjoy your meal and should be satisfied after if not stuffed beyond all imagining.
