The delivery guy could not find my apartment... So I had to go out on the street and find him. This wouldn't have been so bad, but the wrap I ordered was flavorless and the smoothie was really watered down. I will never order from here again.

They let you order and then have no delivery men available for hours. You can't get a refund from seamless and they are not nice on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

The food is fine but I'm appalled by the fact that I had to wait 2 hours to have my order delivered when the place is literally 10 blocks away from the office. Not only did they repeatedly claim the delivery guy was going to "arrive in 5 minutes" (he arrived an hour and a half late), they also managed to get my order wrong. Unacceptable.

One of the worst seamless places. Menu is not updated. They say they have something and then call you up and said they do NOT even cook it. Then calls back to say they ran out of foods. After 4 phones calls to me, I finally canceled the order.

We ordered the same two dishes we normally get and both items were made incorrectly. We proceeded in contacting the establishment in which they told us we were wrong and that's how the dish is normally made. We've ordered the same dishes before and can gaurantee they made it incorrectly and are too stubborn to admit they put in the wrong ingredients

If you like to wait for an hour and a half for a delivery, get uncooked fries, worst panini, not even the one you ordered, and average soup - then this is the place you should order from. i hate to leave bad reviews but that was too disappointing.

Delivered wrong order, told me not to touch it so they could swap the food I received and deliver that food to another person. by the time the food arrived, it was obvious it was prepared a lot more than an hour before. I would not recommend this restaurant. High prices, terrible service and terrible food.

I ordered a very simple sandwich. Chicken cutlet, lettuce, Russian dressing. Didn't seem to be easy for them. Once delivered the bread was burnt and flaking all over the place because it was over-toasted. Chicken cutlet was very tough in some places, a clear sign that it was nuked in the microwave. Garlic fries are bad too, from what I saw, they're regular fries, then they just saute garlic in lots of oil & pour it over the fries. Result? A grease pool on the bottom. They're open late but that's about it.

I LOVED what my sandwich from here. Delivery was quick, easy and painless and the food was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised since I just randomly picked this one online, but I got lucky.
