Cafe Guy & Gallard (7th Ave)

Really fresh, really good, and not too expensive. I order from here at least a couple of times a week. They once brought me a salad that I was not happy with (sloppy, missing an ingredient) and when I contacted them via email, the manager called me and then sent a new salad over right away. Also, on Jan. 2nd, the delivery for many people in my office was extremely slow. I'm not sure what was going on that day, but I can tell you that 99% of the time they are right on time. I will definitely continue to order from here often.

Bad experience. Soup is too salty; sandwich so so; salad floating loose in the paper box. Worst though is that delivery took 1.5 hours; twice the max estimate. NEVER AGAIN.

WORST SERVICE EVER. over an hour and a half to deliver soup, diet coke, a sandwich and dessert. estimated time = 30 mins. when i called to ask they put me on hold, told me they'd call me back and did not. don't waste your time ordering from here.

food's GREAT! iv had the quesadillas (although I think they should rethink the thin plastic containers they put them in b/c they come a tad soggy from the heat and the plastic doesn't breath and comes a little melted (b/c the quesadilla is so hot when they put it in the container). The sammiches are good and come with salad, that's also delish. The apple turnover isn't much of an indulgence, but if you like a tad bit of sweet, its great.

I waited for an hour and 40 minutes to get my salad delivered (my office is a block away). When the salad came, instead of the dressing i requested, it was drenched in some type of vinegar. I ended up picking out the chicken and throwing the rest away.
