Cafe Mama Mia

Not bad food, but it was cold. Also, the instructions to get into my building are in my order. When some restaurants make the effort to bring the food to my door, some that don't, like this one, stand out as sub par.

All I can say is that, after a two hour wait, the only thing that could have possibly spared this place a tirade was one hell of a meal, which, unfortunately, it wasn't. From their blase reaction, seems they're fairly used to this sort of feedback.

Food is below average, and they gave me the wrong item. They messed up my order and gave me a an item that had meat and this is a big mistake because I am a vegetarian!!!

Piece of salmon was small but okay. Liked that the garlic bread was bread, not just thin crust pizza w/o marinara sauce. Delivery was faster than advertised. They did include plastic utensils and all that stuff despite my standing request to not receive them.

Just left a positive review now I wish to take some of what I said back. It took 90mins for my food to get here once here the driver realized he forgot an item. Almost 30mins later I'm still waiting on the item called the restaurant and the driver is just now being sent back smh

The food was good, even though it was very greasy. I did have issues with the delivery. 1. They messed up my drinks and didn't offer to fix it. 2. The girl on the phone argued with me instead of apoligizing for my food taking 1 and 1/2 hours to deliver. 3. Instead of just putting people on hold and saying you'll call the driver, try offering to bring the right drinks, taking the drinks off the person's bill or offering them a discount on their next order. I would order their food again, if nothing else was opened.

First time trying them with a breakfast order. Food was awful. Delivery even worse. Delivery took 1 hour and 1/2 to get the food then the food was nasty. They sent a wrong item after I took time to type in specific flavors to send. They sent the one flavor I hate the most. I will not be using them again.

Nice enough food but ignored our notes (nothing complicated, just things like "no mayo please"). Also gave us a wrong sandwich, or else the description on their menu is wrong. Still, it arrived quickly, it was tasty and the delivery driver was nice, so overall a bit of a mixed experience.

Menu selection is a bit limited, but the food quality was quite good (I had hoped that there would be dessert options). We had the falafel platter and the lamb shish kabob. Both were very good and the food size was decent. Highly recommend getting the basmati rice instead of the roasted potatoes. The rice was very flavorful, while the potatoes were a bit bland.
