They can't even meet their hour and 15 minute delivery estimate. I'll order dinner right after lunch next time just to be safe.

Tasty food but super expensive. Really only worth getting if you have at least 4 people eating the same dish due to humongous portion sizes and pricing. We did pickup and the food took longer than expected.

Ordered for pick-up. Arrived 30 minutes after placing order to be told it would be right out. Waited another 25 minutes before getting attention of manager who took another 10 minutes to check on it. When he finally came out with the bag he didn't offer so much as an apology. We live in the building where Carmine's is located. The carts they use to haul their garbage to the curb have very squeaky wheels that they refuse to do anything about despite repeated complaints. They SUCK!

Delivery service is horrendous. Ordered at 3:30pm for a delivery to arrive at 7pm. Food ended up not showing up until 7:45pm and was barely lukewarm. Customer service over the phone was horrendous. The girls at the front desk hung up on me twice and never put me through to the manager (called from a different phone to get the manager). Would never order from here again.
