I would've given another half or even whole star if it were not for the ridiculously SMALL portions we got on the delivery. This was especially true for the pad ga pao, which was definitely not the size of an entree. Everything tasted good, I just wish we had enough for dinner.

I've never written an online review, but I felt compelled to write this one because of this restaurant's absolutely horrible service. They listed a delivery estimate of 30-45 minutes. An hour after I had placed my order, I still had not received my food and called them to follow up. They told me it was physically impossible for them to deliver in 30-45 minutes. When I asked them why, if they could never deliver within 30-45 minutes, they would give that delivery estimate, they tried to blame Seamless and nonsensically claimed that Seamless sets the delivery estimates on its own! After some prodding, they finally agreed to check with the driver and told me they would call me back. They didn't. I called again and was told it would take another 15 minutes. When I told them this was unacceptable, they continued to blame Seamless and refused to accept responsibility for their mistake. I called Seamless to cancel my order and confirmed with their rep that it's the restaurant that's responsible for setting the delivery window. The Seamless rep then called the restaurant herself, and even then, they kept insisting that they weren't responsible. Unbelievable.
