Chimu Peruvian Bistro

I ordered the combination: Half Chicken, Pork and Fried Rice Quarter Chicken, Steak, Pork and Fried Rice. This was enough for 3 people maybe 4. Both dishes do not come with pork (possibly a typo on their menu or maybe they ran out), however they are ridiculously filling and the half chicken was $11. I could only finish half of my meal so make room for left overs.

I ordered the Lomo Saltado and a chicken Empanada. The Lomo Saltado was really flavorful and it was HUGE. The sliced steak was tender and very flavorful. Basically it's sliced steak with red onion and tomato finished with a pan sauce and poured over french fries. The fries soak up all of that flavor and taste delicious! It also comes with white rice so you can really carb load! The empanada was also very flavorful and was accompanied by a garlic, parsley olive oil which was AMAZING. The food arrived promptly and hot. All in all, this is probably one of the best dishes I've had delivered to my home in a while and I will absolutely be ordering again. This place rules. I hope I have as good an experience next time I order.

We love going to this place and often take-out. We were very excited to see Chimu here. However, we ordered the chicken & roast pork combination and there was no pork!
