If zero stars were an option, it would be my vote. Delivery time estimate means nothing to them. Expect the delivery time to be doubled, if not tripled, at best.

Never delivered my order and then instead of trying to track it down when I called denied having ever received it and made me call Seamless to get it refunded (which Seamless promptly did -- thanks Seamless!). Not a great experience.
