Food is not bad, they have troubles looking at an order or additional request and getting it right. If they could read and successfully fill out an order I'd rate them higher.

Quite bad. I ordered the "vegetable chow mein", and got something completely different. I called to complain and got nowhere, apparently this is a "special" type of chow mein. Not specified on the menu though. Not only was the dish different from what I wanted, it seemed like it was just a stew of random vegetables about to go bad. Big chunks of tomato and celery in a thick gooey sauce... not at all what one would expect for Chinese food. This was overall quite a bad experience.
