Choice Market is always solid. Everything is fresh and very tasty. Delivery can take a while to arrive but if you've lived in the hood for a while you would understand why. This place is ussually pretty busy. If you are looking for a meal to be delivered quickly you may want to look elsewhere.

I have to preface this review by saying that I love Choice Market and I go there often. That said, I do NOT recommend ordering from them via Seamless Web. I was so looking forward to a nice soup, a BLT sandwich and a brownie. I received confirmation of my order at 12:49 with a 45 - 60 minute time frame for delivery. The guy finally shows up at 2:08, and it's not until after he's long gone that I notice they brought me the wrong sandwich and left out the brownie! I was so disappointed. I called immediately after looking in the bag and noticing that the brownie was missing. They said they'd send it right away (though it's already been nearly 30 minutes, and still no brownie). I ate the soup first, so I didn't notice the sandwich was wrong until I was ready to bite into it. At that point, I called back again to tell them how disappointed I was. After explaining everything to the guy who answered the phone, he tells me to hold for a second, and a woman gets on the phone and says "Choice Market". What??? Sorry but I no longer have the energy to repeat all of that because after waiting so long for my food to arrive I'm STARVING. Needless to say, I ate the other sandwich. It wasn't bad, but not what I wanted. Still craving that BLT...though next time I'll get it on a day when I have time to walk over there.

Absurd, laughable wait times. After an hour they told me the food was ready and was about to go out. When I called forty minutes later, they said that seamless was wrong and the wait time should be listed as an hour and a half. When it finally arrived, it was cold and soggy, as you'd expect from food that had been waiting around for that amount of time. I used to spend thousands a year at Choice. The quality has progressively declined and there are simply better options now. It's sad to see a local small business run so badly.

Took MORE than an hour, lied about the order having gone out when called, didn't deliver the fries, said they would be right out when called. Still waiting for fries after another additional hour. Food is good. But if you want lunch, you should order in the morning at around 8. You know, Choice, you wouldn't have so many problems with demand if you were realistic about your delivery times. Just sayin'.

choice would be a whole lot better if they got their act together - waiting now for an hour and half for my delivery - dont' know whats more frustrating, going there or ordering in!

Food is good but d@mn.....are you killing the chicken and then cooking?!? Delivery takes waaaaaaay too long. Only get 3 stars for that reason. Step it up Choice!

I love Choice and go there frequently. That's why it's not 1 star. The food was cold, wrongly cooked, undressed salad, ignored seamless instructions not to send plastic... If you cant deliver well, don't deliver.

my delivery time was estimated to be 45-60 minutes. it didn't show up until over an hour and a half later. to top it off, one of the items i'd ordered was completely wrong and was something i'm allergic to. i called, they apologized and offered a full refund, agreeing that the tardiness alone was unacceptable, let alone the mistakes. when i got my credit card statement, they'd only refunded the one item they'd messed up, contrary to what they'd promised me. never again. even though the food at choice is delicious, nothing's worth this kind of mess.

Do not order the cake. It is so old. I love Choice's made to order food and breads, but the cake is a nightmare.

Normally the food is good; but not the breakfast . I ordered the waffles and they were not under done or the put the in the takeout container too fast. Waffles need a second or two to rest before packaging. So when I got the they were doughy. Yuck!!!!

used to be amazing, but has been really awful lately. i was in denial of how bad they got for a while but after the 5th disappointing delivery meal, i've finally given up and won't be ordering from them anymore.
