The food at Ciao Bella is amazing. What I like the most is that you can customize your pasta and sauce selection to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Ordered the eggplant rollatini pizza - was delicious and arrived piping hot. Also had penne pasta alla vodka entree - also very good and thanks to the large serving, was able to enjoy the leftovers later on in the week :)

I don't usually write reviews. But I ordered from this place for the first time today. I ordered pasta and it was EXCELLENT. It didnt taste like some crap pasta they fished out of a pot and smothered in sauce. Good texture, with nice chicken/ham that were cooked well. For now, this is def my go-to place in the hood for pasta.

pizza was some of the worst we've had an arrived borderline cold. Lasagna was equally poor. I wouldn't order from here again.

I ordered from here before and the food was pretty decent for italian takeout so I decided to try it again. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered tonight from here and an hour and half later the food is still not here. I called and they said well, you live far (10 blocks) so its taking a while. Um, okay. Don't agree to deliver then to my address if its 'too far'. An hour and half for what i'm sure will be cold italian food by the time it arrives is insane. I will never order from here again, and you shouldn't either.

I'd rate it zero if possible. Never came, called restaurant and was told the driver came and no one was home. Got the driver on the phone, and he says was told a different address than the one on the order! Nothing came, and no apology for killing an order too late to find something else to get. Ridiculous.

Got a large sausage picante pie -- the first time I ordered this, it was LOADED with toppings, especially sausage. Very hearty slices and great flavors! The second time, however, it was lukewarm and you could count the sausage bits on the whole pie! Deduct a star for lack of consistency - would give them a 3rd try, maybe with a different dish.

The *BEST* vodka sauce I've had in this City in the last three years >> WELL DONE! Everything else delivered is good - great delivery time - but the vodka sauce is really fabu!

I keep ordering the Pasta Carbonara entree, and I love it. It's also a huge portion! Delivery time tends to get a little longer than expected, but the I love the food.

amazing fettuccine alfredo. i was really craving some comfort food on a rainy day and this place really hit the spot. the portion was huge so i was able to get 2 full meals out of it. definitely ordering from here whenever i need a little italian in my life. -i ordered here a second time and was severely unimpressed. The order arrived 10 minutes after the latest quoted delivery time, and the pasta was all stuck together as if it had sat in a window for 15 minutes. on top of that, i paid for what i thought was "grated parmesan cheese" that ended up a pinch of store bought shake cheese in a ramekin. i am thoroughly underwhelmed and am not sure i would order from here again.

Food is great but I've had occasional issues with service. Once waited an hour for delivery (estimate is 30-45 mins), called just to make sure it was coming, and the person who answered acted really annoyed that I was calling. A simple "sorry it's on its way" would have worked.

I can't get enough of their chicken roll...I think I'm addicted. It's not the only great thing here, though. Quick delivery, nice variety, great food...I highly recommend it!
