Ciao Bella Napoli Restaurant (7th Ave)

Food was really good and nice big portions. My only complaint is that the pizza crust was too thick and doughy. Lasagne and the Bella Napoli Salad were excellent. One other problem - the Minestrone was overcooked.

Really ashame how Ciao Bella Napoli handles mistakes. Mistakes happen, of course, but how well you respond to them shows us how much you respect your customers. I order a grandma margherita, the most expensive I have found, but also one of the best - when it does it right. However, it sent me the wrong pizza and took it back and replaced it with the right one. The right one tasted and crunched like hard cardboard. When I called to tell them I was dissatisified the gentleman swore it was fresh and he had just made it. I was dissatisfied. He had no intention of doing anything about it, it was bad pizza. I have been going to Bella Napoli for years, but not anymore. It must not know that there is a pizzareia on every corner in NY. A shame, but its success will be commesurate with its service and quality. Fat Sal you out there (actually the proprietor of the pizzaria)? Your guys continue to screw customers..... I am sure you see it in the numbers.

Don't know what's happened to this place! It used to be good, now it's horrible. Service is bad and the people are rude. I swear there is a pound of salt in the food. Order chicken Ceasar salad and they sent Cajun. Then argued with me that that's how it always is prepared. I'm done with them. I wish I could give zero stars.

I am always happy with the food I order from here. I really like the chicken parm roll, as well as a few of the pasta dishes I have tried. Bolagnese, vodka sauce and garlic + oil. A lot of food for not a lot of money. Sicilian slice was also good. I find the crust of the personal pizza to be pretty bland though.

This place NEVER lets me down. Where to begin. The meatballs are honestly some of the best I have ever had. Their sauce is so flavorful I was actually jealous because I thought my sauce was really good. They will customize not only a pizza anyway you want but also an individual slice. That's really awesome. The chicken parm hero is also really legit. The tortellini soup is really really good. Every time someone comes to visit I take them here just to try the meatballs and they all say that they're amazing. Not sure what you guys are doing but keep it up and I'll keep ordering.

This place actually has stracciatella soup which was the first reason for ordering to begin with! That and the margarita pizza were delicious! The soup was classic stracciatella made with quality ingredients and came super hot. The margarita pizza was cooked perfectly--crispy crust, fresh bubbly mozzerella and fresh herbs. Definitely will be ordering again!

Food is OK, but twice I have placed an order and then been told after the fact that I was sent something other than what I ordered because the menu posted here is wrong, and it presents dinner items as though they were lunch items, and in order to get what I requested I would have to pay twice as much as seamless says I am supposed to...

Fast delivery and really low minimum. AWESOME HEROES! Definitely recommend the Giardino Hero. I order it at least once a week.

I usually just drop in for a slice to go, but tonight I ordered a personal pizza for delivery for the first time - DELICIOUS. Simple, fresh, and well-priced. And I love that the menu lets you order sides of marinara & blue cheese too. It's my new go-to delivery joint!
