Food is pricey and good but delivery is sub par. While the restaurant 'appears' open online, I've had two orders cancelled in two days because Claw failed to confirm. Buyer beware...

Sitting in my apartment studying for an exam and feeling sorry for myself as all of my friends were enjoying the Hamptons, I decided to order a Lobster Roll from Claw. I was very pleasantly surprised! Within 30 minutes I received a perfectly toasted bun overflowing with big chunks of lobster meat and almost no mayonnaise...perfect in my book. Highly recommend for those days when you're really missing the beach!

I ordered the lobster mac and cheese, cheese fries, lobster roll, and the maple salad. So far, had the fries, and lobster roll - now, I've spent MONTHS traveling for work in Boston, and the loster rolls at the Kimpton Marlow top my list. THESE come next!!! Yes folks, better than the Legal Seafood, Shack, etc in Boston - well done, sized right, priced to match. Fries were almost shoesstring, tender like I like 'em, and food at the right temp on arrival. Also ordered leaf tea - was called by the restaurant with apologies that they had run out, no issue, switched to a coke - good communication. Delivery was 15 minutes out of window, but unless my meal is MIA, and/or stone-cold on arrival to boot, I'm fine with that! Will be enjoying the salad and lobster mac-n-cheese for lunch tomorrow!

I ordered the lobster mac & cheese and french onion soup; after 90 minutes of waiting and about $25 all-in, the portions were quite small and food quality was mediocre.

So this was a second chance order. I noticed they disappared and then came back to seamless web. They should have stayed gone. No only did they raise their prices, the food sucks. lLttle pieces of dried up lobster that tasted old. The kicker, they forgot my order again! When the delivery guy brought the soda, it was downsized from the large bottle to the little cans. Way to go Clam, RIP that was my last order - the lobster I order from Chinese takeout taste better than this and is cheaper - do not waste your time or money.

the food is normally good here but delivery was 90 minutes past the estimated 30, and i called an hour in to inquire - was assured my food was on the way (isn't it always?). as thrilled as i am to pay 50 bucks for two chewy, cold lobster rolls plus mushy fries inclusive of a real nice tip, i recommend avoiding this place due to their weak delivery logistical skills.

The lobster roll was great and there was enough lobster to justify the price. The fries were too salty but arrived hot and the portion was huge. They give you three crabcakes but I felt that they were undercooked and not very good. Delivery was on time. Overall I'd order again but only for the lobster roll.

Lobster roll was super tasty (butter + lobster = nom). Price was right for the quantity of lobster. Lobster mac+cheese a bit of a let down - was very dry (this is probably because most of the sauce leaked all over the bag). Good ratio of lobster to noodles. Delivery was 1/2 hour earlier than the estimate. Will order again.

The lobster in the roll wasn't all fresh and was a little soggy. Glad I didn't buy the livingsocial/groupon for it.

REALLY REALLY BAD! for a place that sells only a few items, they don't do them very well. lobster mac had one piece of lobster and didn't come close to 'macbar's version. crab beignets were lacking in crab and indistinguishable from pizza rolls.
