Food was an hour late. When I called, man rudely said pizzas had just been put in oven. When I asked why he said I was overtalking him. Refused an explanation, or an apology. We are 1 block from restaurant - I had 3 small hungry children waiting. As a result we were unable to go to a museum. Tried Coppola's before, had same experience - never again. This is the first poor review I have ever written for any restaurant, and the first REALLY bad experience I've had on Seamless. Order from someplace else unless you don't care about how long you wait, and don't care about courteous (or jus rude and aggressive) service. Jan 2013.

Coppola's never delivered this order! After an hour, called and was unapologetically told they're not receiving any Seamless orders because their fax machine "is down".

I have ordered from here many times and food is usually good. However, last weekend my food wasn't cooked and when I called the Manager, he was absolutely disgusting! This was my go-to Italian place as i have been ordering here for 9 years and will NEVER again place an order because the Customer Service was awful. I even called back again a few days later and he told me that he would credit me $6, when the item was more than double that. They obviously don't value their customers and I would highly recommend going anywhere else!

Awful, late, cold and when told of the issue the restaurant basically said, f-off. Totally rude and inconsiderate. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Excellent Italian food. It's a really solid choice for quality Italian on the UWS. It's much better to eat in the restaurant, but I've never had an issue ordering from them on seamless.

Food was average at best. Delivery was super quick, though. I may try another dish here again in the future, but I'm in no rush. There are better Italian places in the area.

DO NOT ORDER THR CHEESECAKE. It was super gross and mealy. Mealy is never, ever how one should have to descrithe cheesecake, but that hits kit on the nose. And their idea of "chocolate chip" cheesecake is to throw some chocolate chops on top in the to go container. Also topped with wilted, melted, dead whipped cream. Otherwise, food is pretty decent.

The food is good (and I'm a native italian!) but I can't give more than 3 stars because they almost never get the order right. I have even spoken to the manager on the phone once and he was very nice, but I continued to encounter the same problem. If I were to review only the food, I would definitely give it 4 stars. Unfortunately, if you don't get your order right, the quality of the food becomes relative.

do NOT order from here if you want to deal with competant people. 1) You should know they don't serve pizza after 10 and 2) They called and told me I have to call Seamless to get my money back. When I called them again to tell them, the lady gave me crazy attitude. Not worth it to deal with morons.

Very bad quality, not enough sauce and the meatballs were cold and didn't taste like beef. They tasted like frozen turkey meatballs.
