worst experience ever. more than an hour and half delayed. incompetent and poorly managed. if you'd like your dinner, don't order from this awful, awful place.

Horrible! The food came cold, all spilled in the bag. The olive crostini was so oily it was inedible. The pasta with the seafood was supposed to come with lobster and shrimp, there was not one piece of lobster in the entire dish. The container holding the polenta spilled and was all over everything. I will NEVER order from here again. I suggest you think twice before ordering from here!!!

Pastas here used to be excellent but have recently gone downhill significantly. Had the pacherri recently and it was a poor combination of tastes (orange and pork ragu?). Some of their other items are good but in general the changes made to the menu have been sub par

The food was amazing and the delivery was fast. If you are feeling adventurous, get the grilled octopus! Whatever you do, don't miss out on the panna cotta with honey and candied rosemary, it is to die for! We'll definitely order again... or go check out the restaurant!

The food came even earlier than expected, with a big smile from the delivery guy. The hot food was piping hot and sooooo delicious, cold items were chilled and equally yummy. I was super impressed and delighted!

got the meatballs, which is supposed to be a meal - it is literally 3 meatballs in sauce, nothing on the side, not really a meal nor worth what they are charging. wife got the paccheri, she liked it but said the portion was too small. simply put they need to include more as there is better food at a better value in the west village and when you are ordering in you aren't paying for the ambiance.

I ordered the fusilli pasta and am appalled at how small the serving size was for $16. The portion was the size of a small dinner salad.

The wait is excruciatingly long (but they did warn me 60-75 minutes) and the portions are a bit small for the price. When it finally arrives, the delivery guy is handsome and very polite. And once you dive into the food, goodness gracious it is good! They may not be quite right for delivery. I'll probably just go to the restaurant next time.... or at least plan ahead.
