Delivery here is slow and incompetent. It's certainly not worth the extra fee they impose on delivery orders.

I don't know HOW Cosi has a 5-star rating. They never deliver within their promised time window, which always seems to be 30-45 minutes, yet it often takes 60-90 minutes to get your order. And yes, even a small order of two sandwiches. Or two salads. It's ridiculous. No matter how much I crave their food, I will never order from them again. Ever.

Lunch was the best I've ever had downtown. $20 buck min seemed steep, but everything was great. Loved the clam chowder.
