Cozy Corner

Has gone so far downhill. Cozy Corner used to be a wonderful resource - you could get almost anything, and it would arrive quickly, and the prepared food would be good. Every facet of this place has gone downhill over the last 6 months. I made a mistake of giving them another try today. An hour later I got a cold egg sandwich, pancakes that came w/o syrup one soda too few. It was just a pretty awful experience altogether. I'm sorry they lost their ability to provide complete orders in a timely fashion, but this is absolutely par for the recent course. I would not recommend at all.

I had ordered an item (that they didn't have), but no one called me to let me know they were out. So I waited 45 minutes, called, and they said "we don't have that." They didn't refund me, or offer anything in return -- I was of course starving, and I had to order from somewhere else. So it was almost 2 hours I had to go hungry. Previously, items weren't available, but they did call to let me know. Still, why have it on the menu if you run out of it so often? It's a total of 3 times they didn't have an item. Luckily I emailed seamless, and they gave me a refund -- duh, since the food had never arrived, since they were out of it. Cozy Corner hadn't refunded me, which I think is shady. If you don't have the food, at least cancel my order and refund me. Seameless said they'd give me the item free next time if I call, but I really doubt they'll even remember the issue...since they didn't even remember to cancel my order last time. And I don't even want to deal w/ the hassle! Just order from elsewhere.

Got my order 1.5 hrs after I should have. Delivery estimate was max 40 min. Food was good, not great. Worst delivery but maybe not bad if picked up

Order came in sooo late!!!!. I ordered at 5:20 and i called around 6:30. I spoke to someone and they said that they were going to order the food at 7PM because seamless told them to order it at that time. I never indicated I wanted my food so late!! Awful!

I havent ordered from them on Seamless yet but this place is right by my house and I have ordered through them several times. Cheeseburgers and fries are great (though im warning you the fries are greasy and they DO some with a LOT). Also got reallyyyyy good french toast. Always fast delivery
