Food would have probably been good had it been on time and not cold. Delivery time estimated on the seamless website was 30-45 minutes. After an hour had passed, I called to ask where our food might be. I was told it was on the way and should be there any moment. 15 minutes later the food finally arrived. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the customer service or cold food. On top of that, they they also charge an additional $4.00 delivery charge. I also prepaid a tip (a lesson learned). You don't really deserve a tip if the food is over 30 minutes late and cold. Oh well. First time, stupid me. Second time... wait I won't be ordering here again. A big thumbs down on efficiency and customer satisfaction. A company should be able to accomplish what they say...unfortunately this one does not deliver.
