Let me state my bias upfront: I'm Indian; so my taste buds may be different from yours, especially if you're new to Indian food. I have tried close to 10 Indian restaurants from seamless and a dozen others elsewhere, and by making apples to apples comparison in this class of restaurants, I've found that Curry Kitchen is currently my favorite. Their flavors are very much North Indian. A vast majority of 'Indian' restaurants are actually run by Pakistanis and Bangladeshis -- nothing wrong with that, but if you're from India and looking for that particular taste, it's hard to find. I have tried many of their appetizers and curries, and it's by far the best in my opinion. The Bhindi Masala (okra) is just the way my mom cooked. The Dum Aloo and Malai Kofta have the same delicious gravy that'll make you want more. The naan is the same as everywhere, unremarkable. I think this place is actually run by Indians or at least have an Indian chef. That fact may not matter to most, but after being disappointed for weeks and searching for something genuinely from that place, I was happy to find this. On the negative side, I think the portions could be larger. The delivery time has been consistently 1 hour, so if you bear that in mind you won't be annoyed like many other reviewers here. I'm disappointed that many reviewers have given this place a low rating because of delivery problems, which has no bearing on the food quality.

Waited over an hour for 2 dishes. Will not bother ordering from Curry Kitchen again because they were rude on the phone when I followed up.

I ordered the goat curry lunch special and the vegetarian lunch special. I got lamb curry instead of goat, which I hate lamb. I called the restaurant to complain got a voicemail which says is not activated so cannot leave a message.. This is not acceptable..

Small portions if not ordering a complete / package meal. Not good value for money. Not responsive to demands for substituting white rice for bread or brown rice. Chicken curry was very oily. Would not order again.

Food was decent, nothing really to write home about. Didn't seem super fresh but wasn't over-the-top greasy or anything. Will only order from here when other indian places aren't open.

I'm not an expert on Indian food, but my food arrived hot and fresh and I found it to be quite tasty. The combination platter comes with a ton of food and is enough for two people. I'll order again.

Waited for more than an hour and a half when they confirmed 30min. Food arrived ice cold. Tasted fine after I nuked it, so maybe it was decent when it was fresh -- who knows? Won't order again.

There was a mix-up and my order was VERY late but I got fresh food and it was very, very good. I would very much like to write a bad review but the food was too tasty.

Worst. Kathi roll. Ever. I kid you not, it was rolled up in a whole wheat tortilla and contained mostly just meat and shredded iceberg lettuce. It also gets on my nerves when some restaurants charge for the chutneys you get free if you eat in. I mean, I don't pay extra for the ketchup I eat with my fries. The food was well-spiced, I will say that. I would try this place again, just beware that the menu is uneven at best.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, this place will not last! First my order was incomplete (Naan was missing, which as many people know, is one of the best parts of the meal). I called the restaurant and they claimed the Naan was not included in the combo meal. According to their menu here, it clearly states it is. The lady on the phone said they forgot to update the menu. In an attempt to rectify the matter, she said she would send over some Naan, but it would have to be LATER. I wanted to have the Naan with my lunch, not later in the day so I offered to come back and pick it up. She said this was not possible, so i disappointingly gave up and just advised her to deliver it when she could. What kind of Indian restaurant can't make Naan in a few min?!?! I patiently waited and guess what, my naan never came!!! I'm never ordering from here again and I highly advise that you don't either.

In my opinion, this is the best (only acceptable) Indian delivery in the village. Their sauces are consistent. The kachori is something really special. If you haven't tried it, I recommend it. The naan is fluffy and fresh. Their delivery personnel are always friendly. I highly recommend.
