Serviceable barbecue; decent diner-quality food. I give 2 thumbs up for the taco salad -- large, tasty, filling; one of the few bargains at Dallas BBQ. We tend to order from them only for "emergencies," though, because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. the kitchen staff gets at least one thing wrong on the order. Last time, they left the chili out of the "new chili dog" so I ended up paying $9 for a hot dog ... I would give 4 stars for Rego Park, but the ability to fill orders "as placed" is so poor it takes them down one star.

I have ordered from here a few times. Delivery is always been fast. Food is good.... One complaint.... I've ordered the jumbo shrimp twice and each time I have only been given 5 when the menu clearly states 6 for $8.99..... Either I haven't been given the correct amount or someone needs to update the menu to state the correct amount for $8.00......

This is by far the worst Dallas BBQ I have ever been to. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS AWFUL. Not only did my burger arrive about an hour and a half later, But it was cold and the crispy onions I paid an extra dollar for did not arrive with the burger. When I asked for my bunny back, considering I was going to have to wait another half hour for the crispy onions on an already called burger, They told me I had to return the burger!!!!! I have worked in the food industry before when I was in college, and never did we ever make an unhappy customer return the food before providing a refund, Especially not when we were in the wrong. So not only was the food disgusting but they made a mistake and instead of correcting it they said I had to return the burger to get any money back. This was the worst experience of my life!!!

I've had ribs all over the country and every single different American style available. Last year, as part of my "I'm almost 30 and dead" kick, I drove around the country for 3 months. I've had BBQ in every major American city worth having it in. This BBQ, is hands down, by far, no question, the absolute worst. The sauce is bland. The ribs were dry. The quality of meat was awful. The cornbread, oddly, didn't taste like corn. The crab cakes I actually mistook for zucchini croquettes because they were fried past the point of recognition. At first I was happy, "Hey they gave us free croquettes, alright!" Then I bit into it and found out exactly what disappointment tasted like. It tastes like bad crab cakes masquerading as delicious croquettes. The only saving grace of the whole meal was the Onion Loaf on their menu. Guess what it is. Basically onion rings fried as a loaf. Why is it good? Because its what was advertised and the loaf delivered at least some salty appetizer I could wash down my consolation beers with. Food quality : Faux-BBQ, stay away Delivery time : 1 hr 30 mins. Verdict : better off just getting a pizza with some bbq chicken on it and wait to go to a real BBQ spot, this place severely disappoints.
