They send a confirmation e-mail stating the order would be delivered within 45-60 mins. The food came in 2 hrs. The restaurant didn't see to care at all.

The food was relatively tasty, although the pork in the burrito I ordered was extremely fatty. Worst part was that the order arrived well over an hour after it was due. I won't order from them again, as I'm not willing to wait until 1pm for a 11:30 lunch.
