I'm giving a three because the food is actually very good but the service is terrible. Many of the items they have listed on their page, they actually do not have and you don't find out until after you've paid and they cannot refund anything. When you call to address the problem, the people who answer are very rude and they don't care. I get that they're busy, but seriously, you cannot fill the order and then act like I'm the problem? Like I said, the food is good, but you have to go through a lot to get it.

Be careful what you order as they usually call back to say its not available. I am still waiting on the refunds on my orders.
