After waiting around 46 minutes (which was within the window, but still frustrating when I can see the restaurant from my window), we got the order. It was the wrong order. We ended up eating it, though, because we were tired and hungry, and it was fine. Not great, but fine. My brother loves this place, though, which is why I'm giving it three stars instead of two.

We thought the flavor and quality was fantastic. Not tex mex garbage. Only complaint is that the portions were a bit small so we will order a bit more next time. Not cheap but still cheaper than going out.

So sad when you get you delivery and the food is COLD and SOGGY after waiting over an HOUR. Used to be real good tacos and burritos, but with a real slow delivery service it's just not with it. When I called to advise (complain) about the issue, they were too busy and hung up on me. I was a loyal customer, but no more. Don't cheap out hire more delivery guys.

This place is FANTASTIC (we are from California and Texas and miss great burritos out here!). My only comment is that the chicken and beef are curiously over-salted, when compared to the absolutely amazing and perfect pork. Wonderful kitchen, all the same. Cheers!

Edible but disappointing. I was surprised since the other reviews are mostly good, but I will say that the negative reviews are more accurate than the good ones. Delivery takes a long time and the food is cold when it arrived. Note that they use more dark meat than white meat for chicken (not necessarily a bad thing, but I would have liked to know beforehand). Just plain, bland food. Definitely not worth the $20 minimum for delivery.

Food took more than an hour to come, was cold and all the toppings were sloshing around with the ingredients (I ordered the plata and the guac, sour cream and salsa were all swimming around in the sauce. Impossible to heat up - ever had hot guacamole? It's gross)

I've always thought good spanish rice was the sign of a good Mexican joint.-and let me tell you these guys have great rice?! Staff is super friendly when you visit and when they drop off food. Finally a UES place that isn't snobby and offers high quality food.
