We ordered a dinner special that the menu says includes a two-liter bottle of soda. When it arrived, our bag contained a single can of soda (though at least it was the right kind). That's 12 ounces instead of the roughly 67 ounces we'd ordered. When we called, they apologized and offered to send the correct two-liter bottle, though they did say it was busy and we'd have to wait a while. As soon as I accepted their offer, they changed their mind and said they'd really rather just deliver it "tomorrow" when it wouldn't be so busy. In the meantime, I asked, what were we supposed to do for something to drink with our dinner, which is why we'd ordered the special in the first place? Although they were obviously unhappy about it, they finally agreed to deliver it that night... ...and then failed to show up. I called again later, and they said they just couldn't send out a delivery guy to deliver a single bottle of soda when they had so many food orders. I contacted Seamless, and Seamless intervened - but even so, Due Fratelli (BK) still insisted they could only deliver the soda the next day when it wouldn't be so busy. The next day, they failed to deliver any soda to us - and we were even clear that they could leave it with the lobby front desk if we weren't home. Needless to say, we are never ordering from DF (BK) again - restaurants that do not deliver what we order and pay good money for do not deserve our business.

This was about our 4th time ordering from Due Fratelli, and until now it's been okay. The prices are a bit high for average food, the delivery time around 1 hour, and the garlic bread has always been on the hard side but it was ok. Until last night, that is, when the delivery took 120 minutes and the food quality was meh to yucky. The chicken fingers (6 short "fingers" for the cost of $9.50) and french fries were soggy and unedible, the garlic bread burnt in addition to being a solid brick, and the pepperoni puffs were hard crescents that contained a single slice of pepperoni. The ziti was okay, for some reason the cheese that is usually on top was mixed into the pasta though. The zeppoles were unable to withstand the heat and wilted. In the end, the restaurant was unhelpful, the delivery time unbearable and food eh, so we will take our business elsewhere.

I don't know why this place only has three stars... The food is amazing. Sure sometimes the service is a bit slow... but this is seriously some of the best Italian food in BK... and for delivery you can't beat it. I order on seamless A LOT and this is the only place I have ever written a review! Order it!!!

I have only ordered burgers from this restaurant, and they are always well seasoned and delicious. Not the best burger in the Slope, not the best price, but nice home cooking when you need it. Hand cut fries are always soggy by the time they are delivered, so they get a plus on the hand-cut aspect but a minus on the way they are prepared and served.

My order took 85 minutes to be delivered (which is better than most of the other reviewers...) and the food was bad. My meatballs had no taste. The pomodoro had leaked all over the bag, and was so over-garlicked that the rigatoni just tasted like chemically garlic. Literally inedible.

Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Meatball Parm. Both were awesome, packaged really well not sloppy at all, and delivery was pretty quick. Mozz sticks weren't that great but I also ate them cold after eating my sandwiches (rookie mistake). You can't beat the prices though.

If you are ordering for three people, be prepared to wait at least 90 minutes for your food. When we called the second time, after an hour and a half, he explained that the order was big and took a long time to prepare. However, judging by how cold the food was, it had clearly been ready but delivered in no rush whatsoever. That said, after reheating pasta and putting the pizza in the oven, it was still pretty tasty.

The first time I ordered here my pizza had slide all the way to the side of the box the cheese fell off the pizza... I gave it a second try same thing happened. The only reason I give it two stars the pizza still tasted good...

Good soups for the fall. Great salads- no iceberg lettuce here. Solid baked pasta, if not exceptional- nice to see manicotti and stuffed shells on the menu, though. Chicken parm sandwich was hot, but the roll mysteriously not toasted.

For a yummy (though not-so-healthy) option, this place has delicious wings, cheesy pizza, and the pinwheels are excellent. Delivery was fast and the food was hot, I would definitely recommend this place.

Crappiest pizza I've ever tasted. Tastes like carpet. Or cardboard. The cheese is like rubber and goo mixed together. I miss the former proprietors, sooooooo much. RIP Albanese and their spectacular Gramma Pie.

These calzones were fine-- as in, sufficiently tasty but nothing to write home about. However, BOTH of us had seriously upset stomachs that night and the next morning. One of us later ate half of the calzone as leftovers, and had a serious stomachache again. I don't know if it's specific to the calzones, but something was definitely up. Not like food poisoning-- but just like serious indigestion.
