After reading some of the other reviews I almost passed this place up. My experience was so good that I felt the need to write my first review on seamless. The food was great quality, it was hot, and it arrived within about half an hour. Due Fratelli was the best takeout I've had in brooklyn. I highly recommend you try it.

We had the pizza amore... I have to say it was the best pizza we ate in a very long time. It was so delicious. The bad thing about Due Fratelli is that we ordered at 8pm didn't get our food until 10pm. They said that it was the fax machine etc. But regardless of the lateness of the delivery, they are getting 5 stars from us for the deliciousness of this pizza.

It took Due Fratelli TWO HOURS deliver my order of chicken noodle soup and a mozzarella panini. Did they have to grow the vegetables for me?? They were quite apathetic and did not offer to refund my money or provide a third item for free. The food was mediocre at best- the panini was soggy and completely unappetizing. It was also made on pita bread with what seemed like pasteurized mozzarella. This is an Italian restaurant in New York, it shouldn't be that hard to get good mozzarella. Whole experience sub-par.

Im typically satisfied with the quality of my food; however, they consistently take over an hour to deliver, and often nearly two hours. When I get home from work and am too tired and hungry to prepare a meal for myself this can be terribly frustrating. I have also received incorrect orders from Due Fratelli at least twice, which is downright demoralizing when you've been anxiously waiting for an hour and a half. It's a shame that this restaurant with a solid menu is unable to organize themselves in such a way that they can provide satisfying service to their customers.

It's a shame that Due Fratelli is completely useless if you're, you know, actually hungry- the food is amazing, but they really do take forever to deliver, and are pretty surly about the whole thing. To the people running the show there- if you're going to chastise customers about complaining over 1.5-2hr delivery times because they live too far away' you need to do one of two things- get your acts together, or narrow your delivery area on Seamless. I thought I was the only one consistently having this problem, but apparently that's not the case. It's just a shameful performance.

The delivery took a little over 2 hours. The food arrived cold AND the order was wrong. I called when I first placed the order to verify if a simply special request that I included in the Seamless order was possible, that is to substitute tomato sauce for alfreado sauce. The man told me that he hadn't even received my order but this shouldn't be a problem. My food arrived with tomato sauce instead of what I asked for. I called Due Fratelli to let them know that my order was cold, late and wrong but the man that I spoke with had little sympathy. He told me the only way they could fix the order is if I bought the food back to the restaurant. I immediately called Seamless. The end result was that I got 50% which does not make up for the inconvenience and annoyance. I'll never eat at this place again.

I intially gave a rating of four stars for this restaurant but would like to retract it. The food is definitely inconsistently great depending on who prepares it. Unfortunately there's no way to determine this beforehand so every order is a gamble. In regard to service/delivery, honestly due fratelli barely deserves a one star rating. Delivery times have exceeded two hours (although I was told 45-60 mins when the order was placed) on SEVERAL ocassions. When I called to get an update on the status of the order and explained that after several such calls that I had been told that my food would be delivered 'any minute", I was rudely told that it was impossible that I had waited two hours and that my food would be there as soon as the delivery guy could make it. I give the restaurant one star becuase there is one guy who at least attempts to be helpful but apparently he has no real input as there has been no improvement in service/delivery. I deifinitely would not recommend due fratelli for delivery or if you're really hungry. Perhaps take-out service would be somewhat better.

I'm almost afraid to write a positive review for Due Fratelli, because i don't want people to know! Yes, they are a bit pricey and $3 for additional toppings is outrageous. But it is one of my go to spots for italian food and pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza is amaaaaazing. My favorites are: stuffed shells, linguine with grilled chicken and mushrooms, shrimp hero (if you like shrimp - a must try). And the chocolate mousse is delicious.

The food is good, although somewhat overpriced. The service, however, is terrible. Orders almost always take up to 2 and a half hours to deliver, despite being given a 30-50 min expected delivery time. When you call, they tell you the food is on its way and hang up on you. Finally, after an absurd wait time, items are constantly missing from the order. Usually it's one of the 2 dressings for the salad, or a side order. Last time I ordered the $3 dollar 2 liter of soda, and instead received 2 20oz bottles. There's about 68oz in a 2 liter, not 40, so there should have been 4 bottles to cover that amount, or at least 3 to be close. And while this may not sound like such a big deal, it's hard providing multiple people with soda with just 2 oz bottles to do so with. It's also a slap in the face when the food is over an hour late. I called and they refused to do anything about it. Never again.

Two hour delivery time. When I called after an hour, he said it would take another ten minutes, but it took another hour.

I had the same reservations as some other reviewers based on reports of delivery problems, etc. but I just ate awesome pizza, with nicely sautéed spinach topping. For the first time in forever our pizza was so hot when delivered we had to let it cool a few minutes before eating. The crust is a little dry and dark for my preference but still well done. I'd order again.

Consistently delicious pizza and entrees. Their garlic knots are tasty, their Greek salad is phenomenal (they are the only place I'll likely ever complain that they put TOO MUCH feta on my salad), and their pasta is delicious. We tried one of the specialty pizzas and were underwhelmed, but the white spinach is an all-time fave. If I like them so much, then why only a 4-star? They consistently live up to that 60min delivery. It's not late, but it's never earlier either. Oh, and they never have any tiramiso by the time I order. Seriously, keep better stock if it's so popular!

The only good food sold here is the pasta everything else is not worthy of buying. They're cakes have more frosting than cake, their wraps are made sloppily and don't taste good. The only thing delicious at this restaurant is pasta that is the ONLY thing I will ever order from here again.
