Due Fratelli (Jackson Heights)

I ordered the Pizza and it was very good, the only problem was that it took 2 HOURS to arrive! I kept calling up and they would just tell me "ten more minutes". Yes, the food was very good but not worth the long wait or their delivery fee.

I understand a certain lack of authenticity in the food these day with all theses restaurants that serve a multitude of food from different cultures but what I got was definitely the limit. Beware! Delivery guy was cute and very nice!

Pasta dishes are great. Delivery can take up to an hour. Plan ahead. Why is this the only restaurant in the area to charge a delivery fee?! Update: Delivery is getting faster. Food always great!

By far the worst service in Queens. We have issues with them through seamless, their own website and when calling them. 9 times out of ten we go to voicemail. The final straw was when we called in an order, they charged our credit card, never delivered the food and we could not reach them via phone to dispute because we kept going to voicemail.

The Owner is a flat out liar and their service is the worst I've seen in Queens, and the food was served cold, and it was the wrong order anyway, after I waited 90 minutes for it to show up!!!! Worst experience I've ever had with any place on Seamlessweb. EVER.

Five stars for the food, minus one for the stupid 'delivery charge.' This pizza is BY FAR the best I've had in JH. I really love it and so do the others I've ordered it for! The cheese pizza is VERY good - the sause has a unique, slightly sweet taste, the cheese is good quality, and the crust is really good too. The specialty pies are really unique and awesome (try the mushroom one). For other items, I had the meatball parm, which was also on point.

It a while for the delivery to get here, but the the food is awesome! I love the talapia and veggies. Their Argentinean steak sandwich is KILLER!

Horrible! It's been over an hour and a half and no sign of the delivery guy. An hour after I order, the guy calls in to say they didnt have the drink I ordered, so the food hadn't even left then! I politely called the guy now and he just hung up on me twice. He refuses to put a manager on. This is by far the worse service I have ever received on this site! Stay away from this place!

Ordered just a salad and crab cakes - nothing for an hour and 20 minutes - when I called they had only just sent the guy out. Salad was ok (apart from whatever the weird meat on it was) and crab cakes were soggy and unappetizing.

ordered food for lunch today and they gave me almost raw chicken with my salad. I called and they only offered to replace the chicken and not the salad which had the raw chicken on top of it.

Really awful delivery. I never got my meal because I had to cancel after waiting for two hours. The delivery guy called three times because he didn't understand the difference between a road and a street. When I tried to give the guy directions, he couldn't even tell me where he was. If you're not familiar with the neighborhood, you shouldnt be delivering food. When I called the restaurant, they were extremely unhelpful and claimed no manager was on duty. I will never order from here again and if you're smart you won't either.
