2 hours later, order STILL not here. No answer at the restaurant (though and email confirmation saying 20 mins did arrive 2 hours ago). Then called seamless, and after interminable hold was told what I already knew - no answer. Have yet to get a refund, and last straw with Seamless excuse for customer service. If I just have to call restaurants myself why is the middle man useful? and STILL no refund for food I never received - FRAUD.

I wait way too long every time I order from here. Food is great but I will not order from here again. They told me 30 min to deliver a simple salad. Over an hour later and I am still waiting and no one will answer the phone.

Awful service. I ordered my lunch at 12:51 I called an hour later to check on the status and the order was clearly just sitting there. It finally arrives at my office...cold as ice. The quinoa I ordered wasn't included and the soy burger was vile, hard as a stone and cold. Wish I read reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

The vegetable tartine was just okay, nothing fabulous. And it substituted acorn squash with zuchinni, which has an entirely different kind of taste. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

I try to eat organic and wish this place would be better at delivering on a timely manner. I've given them multiple chances (5-6 times) and consistenly, I have to wait atleast 1.5 hours to receive my order. I even place my order before lunch hour at 11 or 11:30 and still they are consistently late. I have never had a situation like this before with any other resturant that I order from on seamless web. Up until the today, the food has always been good and healthy. However, this time when I finally received my order, the burger was extremely overcooked and dry and the bun was stale. Only the french fries were good. And the menu said the ketchup is organic, but they sent me regular heinz ketchup. I called and they are very nice and sending me another order. But I would not take the chance on this place again. It's bad enough to wait so long for a food order, but this time the food wasn't even good. The food not being good this time could have been a one time situation, but it's just too frustrating waiting so long for a food order.

HORRIBLE customer service. Didn't even call to tell me 1 of my 2 items wasn't available. They just showed up and dropped the juice without any food. Did they think I was magically not hungry? AND they still charged me the full amount. The day before I ordered (MLK holiday) and apparently they were closed, but didn't notify seamless. I waited 90 minutes, and when I called and got no answer, figured out they weren't even there. I shouldn't have given the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Really unfortunate since it's hard to find great juice and gluten-free options. New management is definitely needed.

As others have noted, the service is horrible. The delivery was over an hour and a half late, and they only delivered one of the two items I ordered. The most frustrating part was that they took the phone off the hook, so I wasn't able to call and ask where my order was or (after I finally got it) report the missing item from my order. I have gotten the busy signal when calling for over 3 hours now, and I STILL haven't talked to anyone there.

Do not ever, under any circumstance, order delivery from them. They are completely disorganized and not prepared to handle a delivery service. I paid the price for ignoring all the negative reviews on Seamless/Menupix. I ordered a salad at 10:40am with delivery time 11:45am. Called them at 12:40pm and she said "its already on the way" (they are located 4 blocks from me)... Called at 1:30pm and they have no idea what is going on, put me on hold while they argued with each other over "did this go out already?"... then I'm told, "its out already". I ask her to confirm with delivery man. She can't get ahold of him and finally suggests they remake the order and says "it will be there in 15 minutes", so closer to 2:00pm when I placed my order at 10:40am! I'm not sure if I did the math correctly, but that looks like over 3 hours and 20 minutes to get a salad delivered 4 blocks?!! The best part is that I ask her "does this happen often?" and she says "never, this never happens".. They must not read their own online reviews, because they clearly say that this will happen to you if you order delivery.

LOVE ordering from here. Even though they take a little long to deliver, food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Great place if you are on a diet. (try salads and smoothies)
