Energy Fuel (Myrtle Ave.)

Energy constantly disappoints. The Caesar salad is listed as having romaine lettuce, but all I got was soggy mixed greens. The textures of the croutons and the chicken is indistinguishable. If there's dressing on this salad it's news to me.

Ordered Chicken Gyro Wrap and Energy Burrito. Energy burrito wasn't too bad, was pretty much as described (though I asked for extra chicken, so that helped) . Chicken Gyro wrap was bland and boring. Hardly any chicken, OR tzatziki sauce, was basically stuffed with lettuce and a few mushy tomatoes. The pita was dry and hard and inedible. Would *maybe* try giving this place another shot before vowing never to order from there again, but really was not impressed.

Unreliable delivery over an hour for delivery and still no food. Estimated time for delivery was 25 minutes. Called the restaurant. The answer I was given is we are busy and will get to your order out as soon as we can??

Terrifyingly bad experience. Food was super late.... cold....soggy and uneatable. Reached out to the restaurant and heard nothing back. How about a little respect for the people who are supposed to be your customers. I will never, ever order from here again and urge everyone else to find another option. Worst Seamless experience ever.

Ordered the Mediterranean Salad, Mint, pineapple, and orange smoothie, and a fruit salad. The restaurant called within 5 minutes of me placing my order to let me know they were out of fruit salad and to see if I still wanted my order. I said I did, and asked them to substitute something for the fruit salad. This was great customer service! They delivered faster than the estimated time (25 min when confirmation email said 40) and the food was fresh and delicious) Will order from here again!
