Energy Kitchen (W 47th)

ordered Bison burger w/ cajun & sea salt baked fries. I have never received so little fries on any burger order in my life. it costs them what $0.05 for fries? at the prices they charge, even with the Seamless 20% discount it's not worth the money. Will never order again.

I order from Energy Kitchen, because it's healthy and I can see all of the nutritional information on their site. The food, however, is mediocre. It's a nice break from chicken if you're craving a burger, but the bun is limp and soggy. The sides are a mixed bag. The mango bean salad is the best by far. Broccoli was simply steam and not seasoned. Make sure you have salt and hot sauce if you want to pump up the flavor.

They absolutely never deliver on time! I ordered for 15-30min and it came in +1 hour! Worst customer service ever. Energy Kitchen....Disappointed once again.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would have. I've been an energy kitchen customer for a long time. Office just moved, making this the closest location. Food took 90mins to get here, and had clearly been sitting in the container for that entire time. Burger may as well been submerged in water it was so soggy and gross. The sides were soggy and soft to the point of ewwwww. Thinking about it, is making me vomit a little in my mouth. I threw it out after a few inedible and horrific bites, and had to go get something else. UNACCEPTABLE!

I would give them 5 negative stars if possible. I placed a large breakfast order for my entire office, which never showed up. An hour and a half after it didn't show up, I still had not been contacted by Energy Kitchen. I called them and was told, very unapologetically, that they didn't have a key to unlock the restaurant that morning, so my order was never made. No consolation was offered, even after I expressed my severe displeasure. I will not be ordering from them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who enjoys either timely deliveries (or, in fact, ANY delivery at all) or customer service. Disgusted.

I would have given 5 stars....but since I have been ordering from Energy Kitchen, which is many, many times, I have never received an order that was correct. If the food was not as good as it is, I would not be ordering from here. Today I ordered a simple hamburger.......and I received sliced chicken on a plate........

WORST possible restaurant in Hell's Kitchen! As a minimum takes about 1 hour to deliver a couple of blocks away.

This place delivers on exactly what it promises: calorie portioned delicious food. I've ordered from Energy Kitchen a few times, and the food is always yummy, hot, and it arrives quickly. Best of all, you know exactly what you're eating.

The energy burger is great. Makes you feel super. Only downside is that everything is steamed so it always gets watery if you order from them.

They put my taste buds to sleep. Just because food is healthy doesn't mean it needs to be flavorless, but no one apparently told Energy Kitchen. I also expected a little more than pre-formed patties on a lifeless bun. The sides were completely flavorless and the corn tasted either frozen or canned.

Energy Kitchen is perfect for those of us who really want to diet but don't want to commit to eating healthy food. They make delicious burgers and wraps with enough variety and frequent enough specials that you won't be paying an arm and a leg for it. You can also get very good salads although they are a bit overpriced for what you get. The calorie counts are really great and healthy snacks are also a plus.

Energy Kitchen is my new addiction! Everything they serve is healthy and amazingly tasty. I especially love their mashed sweet potatoes. I also love their salads because all the veggies are so fresh and flavorful you barely even need dressing!

Awful Ordered it twice now. First time, they let the juice from myspinach leak all over everything in the bag and through the bag. Second time (and the last) is right now. Been waiting for over an hour for my food, just called and was told it would be at least another 20 minutes. The food has been ready for a while now supposedly, butno deliverymen are back. Called abck 30 minutes later - food STILL hadn't left. So, I am going to have to wait forever for COLD food. 2 orders, two horrible experiences. Will be skipping Energy Kitchen from now on.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering - apparently I'm not the only one with a "lost" delivery. Ordered 1.5 hours ago. Called after waiting 50 min. Was first put on hold and then got a really rude and annoyed employee on the phone telling me my food left 10 min ago, and I'm only a few blocks away - guessing either somebody has been enjoying my dinner or it has gotten really cold and not worth eating at this point. Not using Energy Kitchen again

The delivery guy got lost. I literally live 4 blocks from this place. It's not hard to find. The food was ok, but cold because of the delay in delivery. There are plenty of other places around the area that are much better. I will not be ordering from Energy Kitchen again.
