Very disappointing. I received a call after I placed the order informing me that one of the items I ordered was not there. After the call, 45 minutes passed and the order had not arrived. I had to call again, at which point I was promised that the food would arrive in 10 minutes, and in fact it arrived in 20. So altogether it took close to 2 hours to deliver. More importantly, the Kitfo was close to inedible. It had no texture, and tasted fully like herbs, with no hint of beef or anything else. The food was not hot either. In brief, recommended if you're in the mood for a frustrating dining experience.
