Last night Eton accepted our order and then apparently decided they were too busy to fulfill it. We waited and waited and then by the time we called they were closed. Guess they don't value customer's business very much and we won't be patronizing this "restaurant" again. Order at your own risk and not if you are actually hungry!

I love Eton, but it has taken over an hour to receive my delivery. I live 2 blocks away. And they did not offer to comp anything. MAJOR FAIL, last order. EDIT: upon receiving my order, dumplings are lukewarm and they did not include the extra sauce i paid for. Minus another star.

With some delivery issues (slow delivery and only half of the order delivered initially) and a sub-par Saimin, Eton was a bit of a disappointment. The dumplings are great though, and will probably only order them for pick up from now on.

Absolutely horrible delivery service, do not order from Eton unless you are looking to eat cold food 90 minutes later. My order was placed on seamless web at around 6:30pm. At 7:30pm, while most of the other restaurants on seamless would have had the food already delivered, I called to ask about the status of my order. I was told the food was not yet ready, but would be out for delivery in 5 minutes. 8pm rolls around, still no delivery. I call again. I am told the food still has not gone out but it is ready and waiting to go (getting cold). I ask when the food will arrive, and I am told the delivery person is not going out again for another 5 minutes. So a grand total of about an hour and a half plus of waiting for cold food. There are plenty of other more accommodating restaurants in the same cuisine category that will get you your food quickly, please choose one of those.

sometimes when im somewhere where i cant get eton i get depressed and go through withdrawal, i think there is heroin in the plumb sauce (which makes how reasonably priced they are that much more amazing...cause i dont have to buy heroin anymore).

Ordered two dumpling entrees. That's a whopping total of 14 dumplings, rice, and bok choy. Order never came. Over an hour later I called the restaurant and nobody picked up. Ridiculous. Will never use again.

Order was all wrong!! And disgusting! The pork smelled like tuna fish and there was no sauce on them. I had to throw the whole thing away!!!

The dumplings were pretty disappointing. After reading both negative and positive reviews I thought I'd give it a chance but the negative reviews were pretty much right on. The dumplings seamed like the wrapper was much too large for how little filling was in them. They also were pretty greasy and soft for being "pan-seared" And there was supposedly cabbage in the pork dumplings but I didn't taste any. Really the only good part was the pulled pork plate. I will not order from here again and would not recommend this place. I feel like the idea is really good with poor execution.

Succulent, pan-seared dumplings. Note that they recently changed the size and shape so that the dumplings are smaller, however you get more in each order, so it is still a great value. A seriously cheap and satisfying lunch. The pork sliders are also absolutely delicious, with sticky, sweet pork and crunchy sour pickled veggies in a pillowy bao bun. Yum!

Terribly disappointing. I was hoping to find a great dumpling place in the hood (like the Dumpling Man or Vanessa's Dumplings in Manhattan) and these were, well, awful. I wouldn't even call these dumplings. I ordered the veggie dumplings with lentils. They come flat, with a tiny amount of stuffing, and then 2 flaps folded over the stuffing. They do not resemble a dumpling. The photos in their Seamless page must be outdated (The photos look like normal dumplings). Also, mine were slightly burned and bland. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Used to be great. But tonight they were different and when I called up they said this is how they were gonna be from now on. Not good at all now. Won't order again unless they revert to the old dumplings.

I am not even a huge fan of dumplings but these are like crack. Delicious and highly addictive. What a dumpling should be. I have ordered at work twice now and they make a great lunch. For dipping sauces, I like the plum sauce best. Very yummy!

Delivery took quite a long time both times I ordered from here- more than an hour. Food was cold, the bubble tea warm and watery from the melted ice. The dumplings were pretty good- a step above the usual chinese delivery, but not a big step. They would have been better, no doubt, if they weren't stone cold and congealing in the bottom of the bin. The pork sliders were a good too, but pretty bland. A heavy-handed application from my trusty bottle of Sriracha much improved them. The Five Spice pork had pretty good texture, but they must have forgotten the five spices, because it was pretty bland. Also required a heavy blast of Sriracha for flavor. I had pretty high hopes for this place- usually a limited menu makes me think that the items on it will be excellent. It's not bad, exactly, but it isn't very good either. I would give it a shrug and a 'meh', but three stars will have to do.

The food is really good (have eaten at the restaurant before) but I never got my order placed over seamless! Luckily seamless issued a refund. I placed my order at 8.50pm and at 10 when I still had not received it I called the restaurant. The call went straight to VM and they said they closed at 10. Not sure why they had to confirm my order and then never send it. I should have read the other reviews with similar experiences....don't think I'll ever try to order from here again.
