Europan Cafe (58th St.)

So I just ordered from Europan as I have several times before. When I called to see if my order had been sent out yet, I spoke to Ramon, who was unbelievably short and rude on the phone. This place is average at best, but its open late, so I have availed myself of it as service is usually good and prompt. I will not be ordering from them again after this experience. It does not take that much effort to be polite.

This cafe has the best quality food for minimal cost and the delivery is always fast with friendly delivery people. The salad bar offers a variety of choices and the food is always fresh including bagels at 11pm at night!! If there are any problems with my order they call me immediately.

Delivery is so quick - have gotten food in 10 minutes sometimes. Europan is good for a simple breakfast - you can get a decent toasted bagel and cream cheese, coffee, muffins.

I live and work in the area so I hit these guys up for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a regular basis. I am consistently satisfied with everything I've ever ordered here (e.g., fresh fruit, fresh breads, tasty paninis, etc.)--and that includes the fast, friendly service. Keep up the good work ladies & gentlemen of Europan!

Good food at reasonable prices. Europan Cafe has above average sandwiches and salads. The create your own salad, philly panini, roast beef sandwich, black forest ham & cheese sandwich, and chicken quesadilla are some personal favorites of ours. Delivery is so fast that you barely get time to blink before they arrive. When you're starving and want to eat immediately, order from Europan. They are FAST without compromising quality.

Who delivers pancakes at 11:00 pm? EUROPAN CAFE. Really good food, affordable prices and fast delivery. I discovered them by accident and they quickly became my favorite diner. You won't be disappointed.

So annoyed and disappointed. They get 2 stars for timely delivery. Did not give included chips with panini and when called said oh well we don't have any, sorry. Next time we will give you extra. Charged 250 for a skimpy $1 brownie and gave me the wrong panini. No where in the super chicken panini does it say ham. Wth?

One of the best egg sandwiches I've ever had. Yolk was runny (ordered over easy), bacon was crisp, and it got here HOT within 15 minutes of ordering (only 4 blocks away). Plus, the fact that the delivery guy managed to not spill a drop of coffee, which seems to be the standard, is just a big bonus. I think I just found my new weekend breakfast goto.

I ordered a salad and two of the toppings they had advertised they didn't put in my salad yet they still charged me for them and didn't bother to call me and tell me they were out of them. The balsamic dressing tastes gross as well.

Very prompt service and never have they gotten my order wrong even when I make special requests (food allergies). They are 10-blocks away from me and still I get it within 15-mins of ordering.

Food is fine, but when I got my burger with out the bacon that I paid an extra $1.50 for I called back and they said they would send "hot bacon"...to put on my 20-minutes-worth-of-cold burger. After them trying to negotiate with me on how they would correct this, I finally got them to actually agree to send me my burger WITH bacon, since i paid for it, but not without a back and forth conversation about what I had actually received. Ten minutes later I get a call thinking my fixed order had arrived, only to have someone else asking me if I was "only missing bacon"...and when I said I was, they said they would send bacon to me, but I said that I was waiting with a cold burger...the obvious response from them was "have you not have microwave?"...I'm literally sitting here waiting to see what happens (to be continued)

Ordered several food items. They delivered a spinach knish instead of potato that I ordered. When I called, whoever answered said they were all out of Potato knish's. I was annoyed that I payed for something that I didn't order. They offered to give me a credit or send something else. When I asked for another order of French Fries, he said he couldn't because it was 45 cents MORE for the fries, even though it was their sending the wrong item in the first place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place serves it's purpose, when super hungry, lazy and need fast delivery 24/7. Breakfast sandwiches are good, fries are hot and even the cheesesteak was decent. I had moving guys I bought sandwiches for from here, and they LOVED the chicken sandwiches and heros. I get my pizza elsewhere so can't comment to that.
