F. Ottomanelli Burgers and Belgian Fries

They never seem to be able to deliver my order. How you take online orders then not have the means of delivering it is beyond me.

Great burgers and fries. These guys know what they're doing. Fries are a little soggy when they arrive from delivery but they are still delicious. This place hits the spot if you want to gorge yourself. Generous burgers (get the 8oz) and thick, salty, yummy fries (get the large size). I had no issues with my order and they were quick.

The burgers are just ok, more bun than burger. They're not great with the details as this is the second time we've ordered, and the second time that they've completely ignored order/toppings details. Also, despite requesting ketchup, there was none included in the order.

the burgers were pretty good for delivery. throughly enjoyed it. the fries were another story. they were pretty soggy and small for a "large" order. and they didnt bring me the condiments i paid for. didnt really care b/c it took 1 hour to get to my food delivered. was too hungry to care.

After the third or fourth time I ordered from this place and after telling everyone in my building how great they are, now they don't deliver to my address. I can't help but take it personally. The food was superior, but they hurt my feelings.

Great food, but the most bumbling, inept group of employees I've ever met. Plan to wait in line 10 minutes for your order to be taken if there's only 1 person ahead of you, to be asked to repeat your order at least 3 times to the girl behind the counter that doesn't know how to work the register, and expect that your order will be wrong, every time. It's really sad, this is one of those local places I really want to like, but keep getting disappointed by the service. After 6 months in operation, you would think they would have worked some of the kinks out by now...

The burgers are really tasty, but that's about it. The fries are inconsistent (some overdone, some barely cooked), the bun is blah, and they didn't give me half of the condiments I asked for. Reviews on Yelp mostly say the same things.
