I don't get the bad reviews. Every order has been really good, fast, and friendly. I'm easily turned off food, and this place has proved reliable. Vegetarian.

First they never confirmed my order. after 20 minutes i called twice and no one picked. 10 minutes later i receive a call. "we don't have chicken kabob" the guy says. i say "fine give me chicken keftah". they send out the order confirmation at 7:30. it's now 9:04. i call to ask where is the food. the guy tells me the delivery boy left 40 minutes ago. still waiting, and now the place is closed... so basically, yeah. don't order from this place. wait for it to die and hopefully something of value will move in. 0 stars

bummed. the falafel and hummus in the falafel platter was bland. the feta salad had a TON of parsley in it. the baklava was white - i.e. looked undercooked, and chewy - not flaky. and they forgot my pita. not ordering from here again.

Ordered around 7:50 on a weeknight. The estimate was 30-45 minutes. I called after an hour and was told 10 minutes. Food arrived around 9:15. I ordered the chicken shawarma platter and the garden salad. Both arrived in a pretty sad state, with the different components of the platter all mixed together. I guess it had a rough transit. I think this place should consider rewriting some of their descriptions. The platter doesn't even mention rice and that's basically what half of it is. The food was basically what you would expect from a mediocre street cart, except at twice the price. A typical rice and chicken combo plate, with that sad almost wilting salad accompanying it. I like street meat, but this wouldn't rank amongst a place I'd try again, and that's not really what I expect from a brick and mortar restaurant. Very disappointing.

Took almost an hour and a half to get food (seamless page said 30-45 mins) Got side of lamb schwarma, which didn't taste good and was full of fat Hummus was very runny and didn't taste good either

Didn't get the food, when I called an hour later they said they cancelled the order because they didn't open for 3 more hours But they didn't actually cancel it because I had to contact seamless to actually get the order cancelled.

underwhelming. I asked for rice and hummus. I got rice and baba. I got 4 tiny pieces of grilled chicken and a salad laden with parsley. The pita is from a bag you can buy in the store, and the baklava is worse that something you would find in a mid western grocery store. I will continue my hunt for the best middle eastern food in park slope.
