Famous Famiglia (2859 Broadway)

I ordered a plain cheese pizza. It was a bit too greasy for my liking, but hey, it's Famiglia, not something gourmet. The pizza was still hot when I got it, which was a nice change from other pizza places I've ordered from.

delivery was much slower than it should have been, and the food was not worth ordering. avoid it, there are too many other good options beyond this chain.

The food that I ordered (baked ziti and calzone) came bland and soggy. The and dipping marinara for the calzone and was COMICALLY empty, around an ounce inside this 5 ounce container. They forgot to bring the sodas that I ordered, and told me that it was too far to go back and get them. They called their boss and were sent to the corner bodega-which i did appreciate-but still..

I'm appalled. I ordered onine before closing time, called after over an hour had passed, someone was still there, said he wouldn't do the delivery. After arguing on the phone for some time he finally agreed. Another hour has passed. Don't bother wasting your time with them.

The food was ok, but the service and delivery was horrible! Not only was the order wrong, the delivery guy gave me an attitude when I pointed it out to him!

This pizza was the worst pizza I've eaten so far in New York. It was soggy, cold, and basically tasteless. There was absolutely no way to doctor it and make it edible. Plus it had an unfortunate effect on my bowels. I will never order from here again.

This Ace is extremely good with a milk allergy! They are very careful and always come through for me never have given me an allergy attack.
