Fatty Burger

Ordered fish (6pcs.) Only got 3 with chips, which I did not order. Ordered the falafel platter, what was I thinking ordering from a place that does not specialize in making falafels. They were like some sort of pre-fozen, over acidic, non fresh balls of carbs. A joke. The Basmati rice was white rice with like three grains of saffron, and no flavor. And way to live up to the Family Guy pizza delivery joke of keeping the salad nice and hot. Youtube it people, it's hilarious, because it's true, especially in NYC. Way to go Fatty Burger. I'll stay skinny, thanks. On a positive note, the delivery guy was super friendly, but not enough to make the food taste better, lol. Sorry "/

Horrible service . I order 1 burger and a potato salad and it took them 50 mins to delivery . I called the store twice and the man behind the phone was rude telling me "if you order food your gnna have to wait" I don't recommend this place , burger is nasty and soggy .

Yummy pancakes and eggs!! Ordered bacon, but I received turkey bacon, so maybe this restaurant is pork-free.

Ordered a hotdog, a shake, and shrimp but it took them an hour and 20 minutes. Called them and the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic. Never ordering from here again.

I ignored the other reviews about this restaurant and boy was I sorry. It took 2 hrs for the food to come and when it did the chicken and fries were ice cold and the ice cream that went with the chocolate cake had melted. I called and was told that the delivery guy got lost and came back to the store. I asked why they didnt put in new fries since by then they knew it would be call and was told that they didnt because they knew I was in a hurry. I was then told they would give me a partial refund through seamless web. When semless web called to confirm they told Seamless they were not going to honor the discount. Besides being cold the chicken was stringy and gummy but I guess that's what microwaved chicken can taste like. Don't order from these people.

I wouldn't waste your time with this place. They are entirely unprofessional and incompetent. I made an order here one night, the driver never showed up. I finally got them on the phone about 2 hours after my order had went through, only to be told that the delivery guy couldn't make it to my place. Since Seamlessweb had already charged my credit card, the guy told me to call back another day and ask for him. I did that, talked to the same guy on the phone, asked for the same food I did previously, and thought all was well. The delivery man showed up at my place, then proceeded to ask me for money. But as I said before, Seamless had already charged me, so I wasn't expecting to pay. I called the guy while the delivery guy was at the door, and he told me to take it up with Seamless Web. Well, I will do just that, but I won't be asking for this places service again.

It took them 2 hours to delivery our food!!! Do not order from them. They didn't even try to refund part of the $26 we spent. BEWARE!!!!

This left little to be desired. Firstly, as soon as I place my order, they called to inform me it would take up to 90 minutes for us to get our food. We weren't in a particular rush so I said ok. An hour and forty-five minutes went by and we still hadn't received our food. I called, and the person I spoke to said they spoke to the delivery guy and he was about a block away. I waited another 20 minutes (we're over 2 hours at this point) and called back because our food had not been delivered. I spoke to the same person who then told me my food had been delivered. I informed him that this wasn't the case and he put me on hold. The delivery guy took it somewhere in the 120's (nowhere near where I live) and that it would be there soon. A few minutes later our food arrived. The delivery guy seemed to not give a rats ass that it was beyond late and that he had a made a mistake. Our food was not only cold, but under cooked, and I was missing some of the things I had ordered. So basically I paid almost $30 for food that was delivered late, not well done, cold, and missing some of the things I ordered. Do not waste your time.

maybe i order the wrong things but the food was awful. They charged $1.50 to add tomatoes to my cesar salad, which tasted like everything came out of a box. and then the menu said that soda was bottled but it was really canned...and finally i order the nachos which were so bad I just threw them away...who puts green olives on nachos? overall, i really don't remember being this disappointed in any food i have ordered...generally, i'm pretty agreeable...this was my first and last time ordering from this place
