Fresh and Co.

I have eaten at/from other Fresh & Cos, been very happy with the food but just received a salad from this location and it was not edible. Many (if not most) of the ingredients were old and spoiled. I had to throw it out after just a few bites and will definitely not order from here again. Buyer beware

ordered a custom salad with 4 ingredients and the only thing that was in it was spinach the other 3 ingredients were missing. also the tuscan veggie soup was more like tomato sauce you can toss in pasta - not good at all. other than that, food is good and the delivery was very fast.

Food is usually good but the WAIT TAKES FOREVER. The estimate was 15-30 minutes and its been an hour and still no sign. When I called, the lady that picked up said "a few minutes, then promptly hung up". Don't order from here - pick Hale & Hearty instead.

I really like their salads when I go to the store and order in person. My last attempt at delivery was a disaster. The food did not come for at least an hour or more and I had to keep calling to see what the problem was. My attempts to reach the manager went unanswered. 2nd attempt at delivery: -Food came 1 hour after I ordered it even though the site said 15-30 minutes -Salad drenched in dressing when i asked for a little dressing -Salad seems wilted like it sat with the dressing for quite some time -My Santa fe salad literally came with one tomato, the rest of the salad was mostly lettuce, dressing and corn Terrible terrible for delivery but great for ordering in the store (although the lines are pretty long)

I ordered falafal salad...where are my falafals? I ordered and paid for extra dressing, none provided. Dressing came in container too small for salad, the salad was super dry. Will not order from this place again!
