Friends Kabob (DC)

Consistently good service and food. Usually get the chicken kabob plate with a salad, soup and Pepsi. I like their soup a lot, although it's not always hot. Had the Persian ice cream once, wasn't too impressed. Will definitely come back for more!

Definitely best take-out kabobs I've found in DC. Salmon kabob is super. Lentil soup is spicy and delicious. Green sauce that comes with the kabobs also spicy and delicious. So glad to have found healthy delivery option!

very delicious!! ordered salmon and chicken kabob platters, very moist and tasty. Also recommend cucumber yogurt sauce. Fast delivery. No complaints at all. Will def order from Friends Kabob again soon!

I decided to try Friends Kabob because the one in Vienna is so good. First off, I must say I am middle eastern, and thus, have a very discerning taste when it comes to middle eastern food. This is by far the best middle eastern restaurant of on SeamlessWeb. The chicken kabob and the lamb chops are to die for...!!!!

placed order at 645, didn't receive a confirmation email until 730. Now its 830 and haven't received the order. Called 3 times, keep saying 5 to 6 minutes. Not worth it!

Driver called and said they were outside the building, but they were not. Delivery estimate was 30-45 minutes. After 1 hour, I called and cancelled the order. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

Whenever I order this restaurant is either closed or no one is in there. They're usually lounging around. Please don't order from them as you'll have to call customer care cause to get your money back because these guys don't send you food!

I was really unimpressed with this restaurant. The expected wait time was 30-45 minutes, but the order took over an hour to arrive. When it did, my beef shawarma was more like beef jerky than shawarma and the pita bread was nearly burnt . I thought the baklava was way overpriced at $4, but it was decent. On the plus side, the rice, hummus and yogurt w. cucumber were all pretty good.

I received a call stating my food would be delivered in 30 minutes. I called back an hour later and was told that it was no longer going to be delivered. I asked were they planning to notify me and was told no. I asked whether their plan was just to keep the money and not deliver the food and was told yes. I asked to speak with a manager and the person speaking refused to clearly state or spell his name or the manager's name. Steer clear!
