Fuel Grill & Juice (Grand Street)

I order from Fuel all the time. The food is great, healthy and they remember me every time. There was a mistake with an order one time out of the many orders and not only did they correct it, but also gave me a free Protein Shake for the next time I came in. The delivery is quick, the staff is friendly...I couldn't recommend it more!

This delivery is terrible. I ordered grilled chicken and vegetables, with a side of tahini sauce. They did not include the tahini sauce. Without it, the meal was so bland and the chicken so dry, that it was inedible. I called the restaurant and they said they would deliver it ASAP - 1.5 hours later, still no delivery. Never order from here.

I love Fuel's healthy food and juice. But unfortunately, I will not be ordering from here ever again. Every time I order, it takes over an hour and they are only a few blocks away. I've now been waiting for an hour and a half for a very small order. Get it together Fuel!!!

I only really order the juices - they're solid and affordable, but the place is slow, even in person. The employees are nice.

So healthy and good as well! The juices are perfect and they always wrap them up with plastic wrap so there are no spills during delivery. Super friendly staff as well - they go above and beyond.

Food is _okay_, usually a little on the dry side, but some of the saucier dishes are pretty good. It certainly tastes healthy. The juice drinks are great if you like vegetables - they taste very fresh. Good god, the delivery is awful. I live pretty close, and even though the confirmation usually says 30-45 minutes, they consistently take over an hour. Last time, they actually forgot half my order (the food part of it).

i would give it zero stars if i could. if you want to wait over an hour for a pile of disgusting cold, soggy food, this is your place. I ordered the mediterranean salad with falafel, hummus, and babaganoush that said it came with cucumbers, carrots, greens. What I got was a soggy pile of romaine lettuce with a mushy veggie pattie and some kind of sauce that looked like thousand island vomit. my boyfriend ordered the cuban wrap. which was better than my pile of mush, but it was bland, and tasted like cafeteria food. There were also many pieces of avocado peel inside it. sorry fuel, but please get your s$#t together. if delivery is going to make me late to work, it better at least be decent.

Got this for the first time last night. The delivery person was very courteous and excited to have me as a customer which made up for slightly slow delivery (but still within quoted time). If you are looking for typical unhealthy delivery food then this is not the place for you. However, this place has great tasting food and Smoothies for people looking to not eat a 1000 calorie meal. I will be ordering from here much more.

blech. Dry, re-heated salmon & potatoes does not equal "fresh" as is described on the menu. Also, answer the phone when I call to ask where the heck my order is that I put in over an hour ago, don't let it ring 17 times. Where's the zero stars option?

Food is sub-par, takes over an hour for deliveries, meal is cold, restaurant charges your card more than what it's supposed to and takes over 2 months to fix.

The food is great and really lean, but they are incapable of delivering an order accurately. In fact, in all the times I have ordered there, they have NEVER delivered an accurate order. I put up with their sh*t because I'm on a cleanse, and have limited food choices, but I swear to god, it makes me INSANE. I'm literally ready to have a stroke right now I hate them so much.
