All around bad. Waited over an hour and a half for my order. I called after an hour and for the first 20 minutes, nobody picked up the phone or the call went to a fax machine. When I finally got through, I said "I'm calling to check on the status of my order" and was immediately told "it'll be there in a couple of minutes"; the staff person didn't even ask for my address. I called again, and was told that my order was on its way. Really nothing good that I can say. Not only was the delivery extremely slow; it was wrong. I thought a bagel with lox should have some lox in it?! Plus, bagel untoasted and coffee was prepared with milk and sugar. Waste of money.

I ordered breakfast and the delivery came in less then the estimated time and the delivery guy was nice. The BLT is great great - perfect bacon ratio.

Took them an hour and a half to get here, and then the bagel w lox sandwich and coffee i ordered were cold and inedible. Not to mention that the fish was possibly unsafe to eat by that point. Who knows how they store it in the first place.
