This place called after I ordered to let me know they were out of what I ordered. They asked if I wanted something else or if I wanted to cancel the order. I asked them to cancel the order. They never actually canceled the order, so I had to follow up with them and seamless to get the charged reversed.

Love them. Such an amazing addition to the neighborhood. Fantastic cheese selection and great quality and sourcing of their food. Chicken was wonderful & I loved my panini. Desserts are amazing. Food arrived on time and they were very polite and called one time when they didn't have an item & gave a number of good choices for substitution and threw in an extra piece of beautiful fruit for good measure.

The food is very good! I particularly like their rotisserie chicken--the rub/marinade they use is simply divine. The radicchio and orange salad and tiramisu were also excellent. I think they are an excellent value for the money and delivery is amazingly quick! In my last order, a couple of things were left off and when I called, they not only got these items to me but also gave me a couple of other items as an apology--and that is rare nowadays. This is a great, quick alternative to the usual notion of 'food delivery'.
