terrible customer service. i waited an hour and a half for a small pizza. i was ready to go to bed by the time my cold pizza arrived. they offered nothing more than an apology.

I ordered the Rustica Salad. It says grape tomatoes, but I didn't get that. Instead of letting me know or asking if there was anything I wanted instead, they just put in normal tomatoes. Customer service is not a priority.

Food came quickly and it was all very delicious. Ordered Eggplant parmesan hot sub and it was perfection. Not soggy or greasy. Being from WNY, I'm picky about "buffalo" wings, but theirs were delicious. A caution though, the hot sauce is HOT.
