We ordered from Grand Sichuan and the delicious order came 30 minutes before we expected. Everything we ordered was delivered hot and according to our instructions. Next time we are in the mood for takeout, we will order from Grand Sichuan.

I've ordered from this restaurant before and often go to the Chelsea location - today was a huge disappointment. 2 hours late; and the spicy oui zhou (sp) chicken was not cooked the way it normally is. And naturally my food was cold. The delivery person arrived at my office, demanded a tip (although I had already included it in the seamless order). Shame on you Grand Sichuan - you should have been paying for my lunch today.

We love the original Grand Sichuan at the end of Canal street (where it meets the manhattan bridge) and were hoping that the food here would be similar. Huge disappointment. Will not be ordering from here again.

Another good one in the Grand Sichuan chain. The food is spicy and different. Yum.

Grand Sichuan has consistently provided delicious food and fast delivery. I will continue to order from Grand Sichuan as my favorite Chinese restaurant in the West Village!

Authentic Sichuan cuisine, good ingedients, friendly service. Negative reviews must be from people who think General Tso's is chinese food.

I'm not a huge fan of American-style Chinese food, but Grand Sichuan offers an array of non-American Chinese food as well as several American-Chinese dishes. Both selections are excellent. The heat level is not for the faint-of-heart, but it's wonderfully tempered with campor leaves and a balanced level of saltiness. My favorite items on the menu are the pumpkin and the duck. The delivery is usually fairly quick and the folks at the restaurant are nice.

I go here for lunch often but decided to order pick up for dinner. The shrimp in my pan fried noodles had gone bad and were indelible. The wontons were drenched in sauce.

Very good Chinese food. Qi chong spicy beef, soup, dumplings, and pea shoots with garlic consistent good. Cilantro chicken can be super salty but they'd always agree to replace/ refund so order low sod version. Cumin beef interesting.

This is probably the best Chinese takeaway I have had since I moved to NYC 8 months ago. I am finding Seamless more miss then hit but lazily (stupidly?) I have not given up and finally I hit somewhere that serves good tasting, non greasy or radioactively coloured food that is delivered super fast. I will definitely be ordering again.

The food is good but the delivery men are the WORST I'VE EVER RUN INTO. Consistently rude, but I keep ordering for the grub. I refuse to tip more than a buck anymore though. 0 stars for service, 4 four the food.

Rude Chinese delivery man. I tipped him prior to getting my food and he literally only had to walk one block down. In addition, as he was coming up the stairs in my apartment he was cursing in Chinese and slamming my bag of food around on the steps. This place usually has rude delivery service but this time has been the worst!
