Green Cafe (Broadway)

Let me start off by saying I have never written a review before no matter how bad my experience was. That said, my experience with Green Cafe was so bad that I would never want someone else to go through this. My most recent order from Green Cafe was their minestrone soup. I was shocked to find pieces of what looked like chewed up chicken fat in what should be a vegetable soup. It was gross!! The soup seemed watered down and who knows what else was thrown in there! They definitely violated many health codes, and when I called them about the issue they were not helpful and could barely speak English! Needless to say, I will never place an order with Green Cafe again.

food is good. but DELIVERY IS HORRIBLE. often, pieces of the delivery are missing (from asking for extra brown sugar, to coffee in your milk, to sausage that's supposed to be a part of the order). also, their deliverymen have gotten lost getting to locations that are three blocks away, and only recently started carrying pens to sign the seamless web delivery receipt. Green Cafe must improve its quality of delivery service!

Everytime I ask for my sandwich on WHITE bread, they give it to me on WHEAT. I don't know why this happens. I ask for onions and cheese, and they forget 1 of those 2 ingredients. Uncanny. Otherwise, croissants are terrible, cream of broccoli soup is thin broth of heavy cream, green food coloring, and no broccoli. The fruit that comes with the soup is either forgotten or substituted with the fruit you didn't want.

I ordered from here and they did not give me anything I asked for Asked for an orangina received an iced tea. Asked for kettle cooked chips and got Doritos along with other mistakes. The food was only par, and didn't make up for other pitfalls. Truly disappointed

I ordered 4 things- a sandwich, smoothie, grapefruit juice, and BBQ chips. I received: the wrong sandwich and smoothie, orange juice, and vinnagre chips. I called them back and told them I received all of the wrong items and the man had a fit saying he wouldnt do anything about it and to call seamless. So not impressed with this place, but I will give seamless credit for reimbursing me. But will NEVER EVER consider ordering this place again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They sent my first order with the wrong sandwich. I called and explained what I ordered. The next sanwich took over half an hour to get here. That sandwich was also incorrect. When I called to ask for a refund, he demanded to know what I ordered. I told him tolook at this online menu and I had ordered exactly what was on there. I again requested a refund. He told me to call tomorrow and he would send the right sandwich for free. I told him I would absolutely not be ordering from him again and to give me a refund, He then demanded that I return the incorrect sandwiches (implying that I was trying to get free food) and then I would get my refund. He sent his poor delivery guy a third time to collect the uneaten sandwiches and give me my refund.

i ordered two salads and a turkey burger. it took about an hour to get here - and when it did - i was horrified to find out that my salads had CANNED mushrooms on them! who does that???? canned mushrooms are fine when added to my pasta sauce - but not on a salad. ick times ten. the turkey burger was good, tho.

ordered a large salmon salad, when it arrived it was very watery, with hardly any salmon, there was also a piece of shell in from an egg. overall taste was horrible. extremely dissapointed.

The first time I ordered the food turned out well. I just ordered soup, salad, and the Garden Sandwich. The sandwich didn't have alfalfa sprouts like it said and instead of "basil mayo" it was just regular mayo. I was really disappointed about this! I could have made the sandwich myself with those ingredients. And the salad (with the raspberry vinagrette dressing on the side) came with Italian dressing already on it. WHY?!
